Nonprofits can apply, depending on the program. Microsoft doesn't give grants to individuals through these programs.
How much do Microsoft grants give?
Microsoft for Nonprofits grants: $2,000 a year in Azure credit plus donated licenses.
Do I have to pay to apply for a grant?
No. Real grant programs never charge to apply or to receive an award. Anyone asking for a fee before you get grant money is running a scam.
